Return Policy

Please contact us at lynette@matthewandmae.com if you would like to start a return. All items must be returned within 7 days of you receiving the item, with the item(s) returning to us in their original condition. Products that are returned damaged will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Mobiles must be returned in a sturdy box (please no envelopes or plastic mailers!) with strands secured in a manner similar to the way in which it arrived. Garlands must be returned tangle-free.

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. A refund will not be provided for items that are lost or damaged on their way back to us. If eligible for a refund, it will be provided after the product has been returned safely. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. For orders that qualified for free shipping, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to cover initial shipping costs and handling.

Custom items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Please make sure the shipping address you provide during checkout is correct. Refunds will not be provided for items that are not delivered due to incorrect addresses on the part of the buyer.
