I accept payments through Paypal and all major credit cards.
Please note that if paying via Paypal echeck, your payment will take a few days to clear. This may delay shipping.
For custom orders, listing must first be purchased before I begin creating your product.
Wholesale/discounted orders not eligible for free shipping.
I ship via USPS Priority or First Class mail depending on the size of your purchase. Delivery Confirmation will be provided for shipments within the United States.
You will be notified when your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
For international orders, I ship via USPS First Class Mail International. You will be notified when your order has been shipped. Delivery confirmation is not always available for international orders, but you will be provided with a customs declaration number to prove from where and when the item was shipped.
Customers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the US. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred.
Items being held in customs may cause extended delays up to a month or more. Unfortunately I have no control over this, and are not responsible for these delays, however I always ship promptly with the correct customs paperwork.
Refunds will not be issued or international items that go unclaimed.
Refunds & Exchanges
Items that are custom designed are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
Please contact us right away if there is a problem. All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item, with the item(s) returning to us in the original condition. Products that return damaged to us will not be eligible for the return or exchange.
Mobiles must be returned in a sturdy box (please no envelopes or plastic mailers!) with strands secured in a manner similar to the way in which it arrived. Garlands must be returned tangle-free.
Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. A refund will not be provided for items that are lost or damaged on their way back to us. All returns MUST be shipped with either delivery confirmation or some other form of tracking. If eligible for a refund, it will be provided AFTER product has been returned safely. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please make sure the address you provide via Paypal is correct. Refunds will not be provided for items that are not delivered due to incorrect addresses on the part of the buyer.
